Position: Advertising and Media Coordinator (maternity cover)


The Office of Marketing and Communications is seeking a candidate to the position of an Advertising and Media Coordinator (maternity cover)

Required Qualifications:

• BS from a respectful institution. Studies on Marketing or Communications or Media and/or relevant fields
• MSc degree in a related field is desired especially if Bachelor is more generic e.g. management
• Certifications on social media, Google AdWords etc. are highly appreciated
• Proficiency in English Language
• Minimum working experience of 3 years in related fields
• Communication and presentation skills in both English and Greek language
• Proficient in MS Office
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
• A genuine team player, with result oriented spirit and can do attitude
• A technical mindset with great attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to identify and explore new marketing vehicles and new media
• Experience coordinating the design and production of print materials and publications.
• Experience in content creation and dissemination tactics
• Proficiency in website analytics tools
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Comfortable with web-based project management tools and collaboration technologies
• Hold strong negotiation skills
• Multitasking and resourceful

 

Responsibilities:

• Partners with ALBA’s admissions team and other departments to develop and implement long-term and also tactical marketing communications projects
• Effectively coordinates the development, design, approval, production, and distribution of marketing materials
• Prepares, implements and monitors media plan for niche media handled directly from the department
• Measures and reports performance of all campaigns and actions assesses against set goals
• Collaborates with advertising agencies and other vendor partners
• Integrates data from various back-end services and databases
• Works with different content management systems
• Monitor competition and overall education market
• Ensure department compliance with established standard policies and procedures.
• Work with Faculty, department heads, alumni and students in order to create content to be used both offline and online
• Champion ACG and ALBA brand identity across all developed materials
