The European Commission has designated 2023 as the European Year of Skills, giving new energy to lifelong learning. Upskilling and reskilling are critical in facilitating organizations' and people's green and digital transformations, as well as supporting their innovative activities.

Recognizing that continuous learning (including unlearning and relearning) is at the heart of agility, the Economist Impact Events for SE Europe and Alba Graduate Business School, have joined forces to provide junior and mid-level executives with the opportunity to become and stay relevant in an ever-changing world: A combined scholarship to pursue an MBA program at Alba, as well as a one-of-a-kind opportunity to enter the future-proof cosmos of lifelong learning and evolution.
