SAS cooperates with ALBA for specialized Risk Management workshops

We are pleased to announce that SAS and ALBA Graduate Business School will jointly run a series of lectures on Applied Risk Management. The lectures will focus on Credit Scoring using SAS models and they will be offered for the upcoming academic year, to the students of the MSc in Risk Management.

During these workshop, students will be taught hands-on how to develop credit risk models using the leading SAS software in the global market for Credit Risk Modelling.

The workshop provides a sound mix of both theoretical and technical insights as well as practical implementation details. These are illustrated by several exercises.

 So following this workshop students will gain a good understanding in:

  • Creating development data sets and perform data exploration analysis
  • Handling missing values and outliers
  • Developing and validate credit risk models in a step-by-step method
  • ·Generating credit risk models performance reports
