The General Assembly of the ALBA founding and corporate members is the overall governing body of ALBA. The Board of Directors consists of prominent business and academic leaders, partly appointed as representatives of the major Greek business community organizations [Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (ΣΕΒ), the Hellenic Management Association (ΕΕΔΕ) and the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ΕΒΕΑ)] and partly elected by the General Assembly of ALBA. The Dean has the overall responsibility to operate ALBA and implement the strategies and policies approved by the Board of Directors. The ALBA Academic Council, consisting of a select group of internationally distinguished business schools professors, reviews the annual progress and offers guidance on strategic issues.
