Short description
Development of an e-learning educational tool
The project refered to the development of a highly innovative ICT tool which provided very effective distance education by the most progressive communication technologies Digital Television (DVB) in combination with Internet. SMART-EDU objective was to improve the quality and the access to continuing vocational training by creating an educational platform of high quality satellite based education. The new educational tool opened new opportunities for direct-to-home and direct-to-office Distance Education.
