Dr. Konstantinos Tasoulis is Associate Professor of Human Resource Management at the ALBA Graduate Business School and at the DEREE School of Business - American College of Greece. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Bath, as a scholar of the Alexander S. Onassis Public Benefit Foundation. Konstantinos holds an MSc in Management and HRM, University of Bath, and BA in Economics, University of the West of England, Bristol; both degrees were awarded with distinction. Konstantinos has 16 years teaching experience in multicultural settings, with various types of audiences, and adopts an interactive and experiential learning perspective. He has taught in MBA and MS programs at the University of Bath, American College of Greece, and New York University, as well as in corporate settings with organisations such as PwC, Deloitte, SEV, EIAS. Additionally, he has served as a program coordinator of the MBA and MS in Leadership at the Graduate School of DEREE. His research interests include strategic human resource management, high performance work systems, leadership integrity, leadership development, corporate social responsibility and emotional intelligence. He has published articles in academic peer-reviewed journals such as the Corporate Reputation Review, Global Review: A Biannual Special Topics Journal, International Leadership Journal, as well as in Greek press such as Kathimerini and HR professional. He is currently serving as an editor for the International Leadership Journal and PhD supervisor at the International School of Management in Paris. Konstantinos has worked as a senior consultant at PwC, HR Advisory Services as well as for private and non-profit organisations. He has designed projects for clients such as the NBG Group, Mitilinaios Group, Aktor, Archirodon, UEFA, Super League, Sofman, Regency Entertainment, BSTDB and worked with Future Leaders.
