How can I enter the labor market? Which corporate environment suits me better? What skills do I have to improve to enter business? Young graduates from business to engineering or humanities, increasingly face these tough questions in a shrunk labor market.  

At ALBA, we take these concerns seriously and we have crafted a "Business Unusual" learning environment with stark results for our alumni: more than 40% of our alumni lead their firms as senior managers while another 35% already work as managers.

How have our alumni done all that? Crucial to their success, is the immersive field experiences - consulting projects, internships with large multinational firms, international exchange programs - we offer to equip our students with practical skills for career opportunities in Greece and abroad. Though others offer some type of internships, our edge lies in carefully screening the internship offers for their potential to boost our interns' careers after personalized match orchestrated by our Career office. Moreover, we monitor the real progress and we make adjustments with the internship provider if necessary.
