The Conference “From Crisis to Dia-Crisis”, organized in the context of the Annual ECDL Foundation Forum, will take place on Friday October 23, at the Westin Athens, Astir Palace.
During the Conference, participants will have the opportunity to attend a presentation by Dr. Evi Baralou, Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior at ALBA, on the initial results of the specialized survey launched by ALBA in collaboration with ECDL Hellas. The main goal of the survey is to explore employees’ needs in IT skills, train them accordingly and, finally, measure the subsequent change in their performance and efficiency.
Moreover, Mr. Panagiotis Tarsinos, Project Manager at the Applied Research and Innovations Department at ALBA, will analyze the trends of the Greek labour market based on the Recruitment Confidence Index (RCI) survey results for the 2nd half of 2009.
