The MBA student body consists of highly motivated individuals with a variety of backgrounds, but having in common open and inquiring minds, a firm belief in the value of investing in education, and a determination to work hard and excell in their area of competence. The MBA class is a mix of three types of individuals:
- Young professionals, with 3-5 years of professional experience, who wish to make a career shift and improve their career options
- Middle managers of various ages, sponsored by their companies, on their way to promotion.
- Young university graduates, with little or no professional experience, but with distiguished academic records.
In terms of background, holders of engineering, economics, or business administration degrees form the largest part of the class (approximately 70%), while the rest come from disciplines as diverse as political science, social sciences, humanities, liberal arts, agriculture, biology etc., and enrich class dynamics.
The diversity of the students' educational and professional backgrounds creates a rich intellectual atmosphere, fosters the exchange of ideas and opinions during the learning process, and ensures multifaceted and creative approaches to problem solving and the assimilation of subject matter. |
