NEW “mini-mba in Pharma”

The Hellenic Pharmaceutical Management Association (HE.P.M.A) and ALBA Graduate Business School, partner to educate the executives of the pharmaceutical industry and announce the launch of the jointly-developed "mini-mba in Pharma"

This innovative Executive Education Program combines specialized knowledge and experience in the field of Health and Pharmacy with high-end executive learning. The program aims to empower the participants through the development of skills that will enable them to successfully manage new challenges in the pharmaceutical market.

The "mini-mba in Pharma" is designed to address the needs and particularities of pharmaceutical executives, focusing on the use of digital technology, the development of leadership skills, and the ability to apply knowledge directly to their daily routines. The Program is most suitable for young and middle level executives seeking to prepare themselves effectively for employment in positions of increased responsibility in their companies, as well as to executives with a scientific or technological background who aspire to gain a deeper understanding of the business environment, develop their professional skills and emerge as capable team leaders.

Dr. Kostas Axarloglou, Professor of International Business Relations and Strategy, Dean of ALBA Graduate Business School at the American College of Greece noted that: "The evolution of technology in the context of the globalized economy leads to significant disruptions in the structure of the industries, the business models and the way businesses operate. Referring to the collaboration of the two Institutions, Dr. Serafeim Voliotis, Assistant Professor of Strategy and Academic Director of the “mini-mba in Pharma" said:  "The collaboration of ALBA Graduate Business School and HE.P.M.A ensures high-level executive development  studies in business management, focusing on the specific needs of pharmaceutical companies. It is the only industry specific open enrollment mini-mba in Greece with a duration of 160 hours , completed in  8 months so as to facilitate the schedule of the executives in the industry.

Classes will begin in November and the Program will be concluded by June 2018. All courses will be delivered at ALBA premises (6-8 Xenias Str, Athens)
