Managing Young Global Enterprises: MYGLOBE

Drawing on our complementary strengths, INSEAD, ALBA and our other partner schools from across the globe offered a unique executive education program that provided:

• A learning opportunity specific to Greek and Balkan firms
• Knowledge and insights developed through our faculty's experience with world-leading multinational firms
• Cutting edge research conducted by our faculty that has profoundly influenced how leading multinational enterprises function today
• The opportunity to learn from fellow participants' experiences from other emerging markets
• The chance to transform yourself into a globally successful organisation.

The program was offered in two modules:

Module 1: 21-26 June 2004 held at ALBA, Greece
Module 2: 23-27 August 2004, held at INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France

The Program's first module was successfully concluded at the ALBA premises in Athens, with the participation of top executives from Greek multinational companies.

The second module was successfully concluded in Fontainebleau, France, with the participation of 34 executives from around the world.

Participants had the opportunity to obtain vital new expertise in managing international companies and build synergies with one another.
