Your contribution to the survey is important!

We invite you to participate in the 1^st round of the 2012 Recruitment Confidence Index online survey. The results will be announced at the end of January 2012, while the survey will be open during the period November-December 2011. The 2012 RCI is carried out with the sponsorship of ECDL Hellas, member of the Group of companies PEOPLECERT and Kariera.gr while KPMG supports the Special Theme of the survey entitled “Financial Crisis and Outplacement services”.

The findings of the Recruitment Confidence Index survey for the 2^nd half of 2011 concluded in 34% of the companies expecting to reduce employee headcount until December while another 54% saying that they would not increase salaries in 2011.

RCI has been established as the Barometer for the Greek Labor Market. The Index has proven to be a powerful business and management decision tool. The main objective of the survey, which takes place every 6 months, is to explore the companies’ perceptions regarding their recruitment processes and methodologies as well as the market trends.

More than 600 companies and organizations have participated in the survey since the beginning of RCI in Greece (2006).
