ALBA Graduate Business School at the American College of Greece, continues its successful cooperation with Novo Nordisk, the world leader in diabetes and hemophilia treatment, with the organization and delivery of the “ALBA-Novo Nordisk Executive Management Program in Business Studies”, offered in its entirety in Novo Nordisk’s Regional Headquarters in Dubai.

The Program, that has a duration of 162 teaching hours, addresses the training and development needs of talented Novo Nordisk executives that come to the Program from various countries in the region such as India, Malaysia, the Gulf, South Africa, Egypt, Algeria, Dubai, Turkey, Iraq, and Singapore.

The Program, that is customized to the specific talent development needs of Novo Nordisk and the pharmaceutical industry, helps participants to develop and enhance critical managerial competencies, skills and insights in all key business functional areas such as Accounting & Finance, Project Management, Leadership, Creativity & Innovation, Human Resource Management, Change Management, Business Ethics, Marketing, Branding & Communication, Negotiations and Strategy. 

Courses are taught by ALBA resident faculty and visiting faculty from top international business schools and the curriculum includes interactive discussions, simulations, role plays and team assignments.
