Prerogatives

As stipulated in ALBA's Charter and according to its established practices, Corporate Members are entitled to the following prerogatives:

  • participation with voting rights of a Company's representative in the Meetings of the General Assembly of ALBA's Members
  • free enrolment of one appropriate candidate designated by the Corporate Member in one of ALBA's Academic Programs: The ALBA MBA, MBA in Banking, MBA in Shipping, MSc in International Business and Management, MSc in Business for Lawyers, MSc in Strategic Human Resources Management, MSc in Finance (current corresponding tuition fees in Euro: for MBA Programs 19.750 and for MSC Programs 12.500)
  • 15% fee reduction for a Corporate Member's executive attending one of ALBA's Academic Programs and 10% fee reduction for any additional executive in the same class
  • 20% fee reduction for a Corporate Member's executive attending any ALBA open-enrolment Executive Development Program
  • pre-release access to the annual RESUME BOOK of the students graduating from ALBA's MBA and MSc Programs
  • 20% discount in the amount that Companies assigning field consulting projects to students of the MBA Program are asked at their discretion to donate to ALBA in case of a successful project   

Obligations

Corporate Members' obligations towards ALBA as stipulated in ALBA's Charter and in accordance to its established practices are limited to:

  • one-off donation of Euro 44.000 to ALBA and
  • the participation of a Company's representative in the Meetings of the General Assemply of ALBA's Members
