The Program is tailored to the needs of those professionals with a serious commitment to HR who would like to advance their career in the dynamically changing environment of human resources management.
It also appeals to executives who have worked in other positions for at least one year and wish to make a career shift towards Human Resource Management or want to strengthen their skills in people management. Exceptionally strong recent university graduates with no prior experience, who wish to pursue a career in the HR field, could also be considered.
To apply to the MSc in Strategic HRM Program, applicants should meet all the following criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree,
- Already work in the HR field, or
- Have worked in other than HR positions for at least a year and wish to make a career shift towards human resource management.
