The curriculum covers the latest theoretical knowledge on Strategic HRM issues and the practical skills that are vital for a successful professional career in the field of HR. This will be achieved not only through formal instruction but also through a hands-on manner, with a strong emphasis on workshops and intensive collaboration in teams

Understanding the Business Environment (28 contact hours, 6 ECTS)

 Period 1 (March - April)
Leadership Development (14 contact hours, 3 ECTS)
Corporate Strategy and HRM (14 contact hours, 3 ECTS)
Employee Selection and The War of Talent (28 contact hours, 6 ECTS)

 Period 2 (May - June) Workshops 
Strategic Performance Management I: Training, Employee Development and Appraisal (28 contact hours, 6 ECTS) Psychometric Testing Workshop (SHL Level A & B Certification) (14 contact hours, 3 ECTS)
Research Methods & Statistics (14 contact hours, 3 ECTS)

Strategic Performance Management II: Compensation and Employee Benefits (28 contact hours, 6 ECTS) Job Evaluation Workshop (7 contact hours, 1,5 ECTS)
