Curriculum

The ALBA Full Time MBA Program is divided into 5 teaching periods.  The Core Curriculum provides students with the knowledge and skills required to gain a deep understanding of the fundamentals of management. A series of workshops run parallel to the Core courses and aim to develop personal skills and competencies.  Having the opportunity to choose from a variety of electives, participants may adjust the program to their own professional needs. The Field Consulting Project comes at the end of the program, applying the skills and knowledge gained during the program to a practical situation. During the final period, students start their job search, either individually or with expert support by the ALBA Career Office.
